The driver must be 25 years or older. If the driver is younger than 25 or holds a license for less than 1 year, the hirer is fully liable for accident costs as per UAE law.
A police report is mandatory for all damages. Without a police report, insurance coverage will not apply, and the hirer will bear full repair costs.
Yes, all vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance. A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) option is also available for extra protection.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rentals shorter than this will still be charged as a full day.
Traffic fines: AED 100 admin fee + AED 20 knowledge fee will be added.
SALIK (toll) charges: AED 5–7 per toll.
Delivery charges: AED 100 for locations like Sharjah, Jebel Ali, DIP, JBR, etc.
A refundable security deposit will be returned within 25 working days after the vehicle is returned.
Baby seats are available on request at AED 70 (damage or stains will incur a fine).
Chauffeur drive is available on request for both luxury and economy cars.
